If you have any questions, we welcome you to contact us. We will do our best to respond immediately, however, please allow for a response of up to 24 hours.

We are proud to offer you well made products, however, please be aware that some gems and natural components used can be fragile. Please refer to our 'Natural Jewellry and ‘Caring for your Jewellry’ sections, to be sure you are aware of the characteristics of your purchase.

Shipping and handling:

All care is taken on our behalf to ensure you happily receive your Lake Essence purchase in good order. Please contact us, if you have any questions regarding your delivery.

Within Australia

We use the services of Australia Post, and our parcels are sent Monday to Friday. Please allow an additional day, for gazetted Public Holidays, as the postal service will be closed on those days.

All jewellery is posted within three (2-4) working days, once full address details and payment clearances are received. Parcels will be sent Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

All handling done by Lake Essence is free to you. A single flat rate of $7 applies to all parcels within Australia.
