Jewellery Care

Our jewellery has been carefully made for you to enjoy for many years.  Please observe the following to ensure its longevity:

Storing:

Keep your jewellery separate to avoid scratching and tangles. An eco pouch accompanies each jewellery purchase for safe keeping. These are made by hand in Australia from vintage fabrics, toile off-cuts & stash remnants.

Cleaning:

Daily wear, pollution & dust particles can dull the surface of gemstones and metals. To clean, gently polish, with a soft cloth.

For metal components, a jewellery cleaning cloth can be used.

For all other components, only use a clean, soft, cloth.

Avoid using any cleaning solutions and abrasive cloths.

Other considerations:

Apply cosmetics & fragrances before wearing your jewellery. Avoid contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, any cleaning products, sprays etc.

Keep away from salt water and chlorine

We recommend removing your jewellery before sports activities.

Prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight may fade natural components.

Some stones may chip or shatter when knocked against hard surfaces.

Natural Components:

Please remember, natural, raw materials may be affected by the elements. Often over time, a patina develops. Changes you may see are usually only slight; for example, constant exposure to light, naturally darkens wood over time; pale horn will become deeper and more mellow in colour.

Most of all, enjoy wearing your jewellery in your own unique way.
